Conveniently located near two elementary schools and I-44, Southern Plains consists of four sub-neighborhoods, three of which accommodate E1-E5 families and the fourth designated for E-9 families.
Southern Plains is family-friendly, with many playgrounds and a post swimming pool. It gets better— the Southern Plains Community Center, which will provide families with an Olympic-size swimming pool, fitness center, computer lab, and more will open at the end of May.
