Active-duty service members are eligible to apply for on-post family housing at Fort Sill upon receipt of current PCS orders. Service members may complete housing applications and be placed on the wait list prior to reporting to the installation (as verified by PCS orders and other documents). Service members applying for family housing and who have not yet cleared their present duty station will be placed on the wait list in "hold" status until confirmation of clearing is received by Corvias's Leasing and Relocation Center. Upon receipt of clearing confirmation (DA31 – Leave Form), the service member is eligible to receive an offer of housing based on availability.

Active-duty service members applying for family housing are required to submit:

1. Copy of current PCS orders
2. Copy of most recent Form DD1172 (DEERS Enrollment)
3. Confirmation of clearing present duty station (DA31 – Leave Form, or other services' equivalent form)
4. Valid photo identification (upon personally visiting the Leasing and Relocation Center)
5. Copy of most current end of month LES

Service members may visit Corvias's Leasing and Relocation Center to apply for wait list placement or submit Housing Applications with PCS orders and other required supporting documents by U.S. mail (Corvias Military Living, PO Box 33280, Fort Sill, OK 73503), email (sill@corvias.com), fax (580-581-2145) or complete the process online.

Corvias uses MilitaryHomeLink.com to help expedite your online housing application. MHL is a web-portal that has multiple applications. The primary focus is to provide dynamic information about local communities for transitioning Army personnel and their families. Serving as a community hub, MHL can provide "real time" information about the needs of military personnel and their family. Finally, MHL is the sole platform for the Technologically Connected Home project.
