The Army Community Service (ACS) Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP) works with other military and civilian agencies to provide comprehensive and coordinated community support, educational, housing, personnel, and medical services to Active Duty Soldiers and Family members enrolled in the program. Per AR 608-75, enrollment into the EFMP is mandatory for soldiers who have a family member with any medical and/or educational need. If dual military, both soldiers must enroll in the program. Enrollment updates are required, at a minimum, every three years or as conditions change (whichever comes first). The Family Advocacy Program provides services to troops and family members experiencing domestic abuse and child abuse through prevention efforts, early identification and intervention, support for victims, and treatment for abusers. Military transitions are always a challenge. To help you thrive with success through these changes, the Employment Readiness program gives you the tools and resources to be competitive while you are stationed at Fort Sill.
